APHNYS 2026 Annual Conference - Utica, NY (Monday, September 28, 2026)

Please review the registration options carefully.

Both Members and Non-Members have the option of registering for the whole conference (including meals), or a single day. The full conference registration, with meals, may be the best option for those being reimbursed by their municipality, avoiding meal caps. (Non-Members who wish to register for the full conference should consider becoming a member, for a reduced conference registration price.)

The full conference registration with meals includes breakfast (Mon/Tue/Wed), lunch (Mon/Tue) and dinner (Mon/Tue).

To accommodate those who do not want any meals, there is registration for workshops/tours only. Please, only chose that registration if you are sure that you do not want to take meals at the hotel. Lunch breaks are only 1 hour.

Conference registrations canceled by Friday, September 11, 2026 will receive a refund.
